I started going to Nu Fit for the last 7 weeks. I joined this after I came to know about this program from Bro Saad and watching the videos of the existing members. The atmosphere is energetic, islamic, focussed, challenging and fun. Bro Saad is amazing trainer, mentor who caters and tailors the workouts and meal plans according to our daily schedule, interests and align to our regular food habits. Whenever we have questions we can reach to Bro Saad anytime and he will help and guide without any followup. Bro Saad monitors our diet, weight constantly and follow up constantly to make sure we are on track. I used to go to a Gym myself in the past but I used to give up after few weeks because I dont know how to strategically plan the meal, workout and burnout at one point. But I am literally enjoying every workouts, meal plans at the same time trying my best to burn calories in an atmosphere with amazing brothers, praying on time and listening to Islamic Naats.
